Job summary

AECOM is seeking graduates for its Project and Program Management Graduate Program in Australia. You will gain hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure across transport, water, and renewable energy sectors, working with seasoned project managers to ensure quality outcomes for clients.

You will commence in early 2027, with flexible hybrid work options, mentoring, and structured development to advance your consulting career within a global leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Final year or completed degree required for program entry.
  • Commencement by Feb 2027 (or July 2027) is acceptable.
  • Full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with schedule, budget, and quality tracking for major programs.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to monitor progress and identify risks.

Job Description

Join a collaborative and high-performing Project and Program Management team at AECOM, where we deliver complex infrastructure projects across sectors such as transport, water, and renewable energy. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced project and program managers, helping bring critical infrastructure to life while ensuring quality outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Graduate Attributes:We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree:You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Graduate Year:You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
  • Commencement:You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
  • Working Rights:You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
