Job summary

AECOM's Graduate Program invites high-potential graduates to join a collaborative Project and Program Management team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across infrastructure sectors, working with experienced managers to deliver critical projects while developing professional skills and industry networks.

We offer structured learning, mentoring, and flexible work options to support your growth. Start dates Feb 2027 or July 2027, with Australia-wide opportunities and a pathway to future leadership

Qualifications

• Final year or completed Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Able to commence work February 2027 or July 2027 with working rights in Australia or NZ.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of major infrastructure programs by assisting with schedule, budget, and quality tracking.
• Help prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to monitor progress and identify risks or issues.
• Contribute to all project stages, from initial planning through to delivery and operation.

Qualifications

• Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid‑year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
