Your Physio Advantage is offering a 2027 Graduate Physiotherapy Program to Newcastle and Hunter graduates. You will begin with structured onboarding, mentoring and dedicated education to develop clinical skills in a supportive setting.

As you progress, your caseload grows gradually with senior clinician support, aiming to build independence and confidence for a long-term career in community and aged care physiotherapy. Interstate relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Final-year Physiotherapy students graduating in 2026.
• Recently graduated Physiotherapists.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Desire for mentoring and structured first year.
• Interest in community and aged care.
• Motivated to build a long-term career in physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two weeks of structured onboarding, training and shadowing.
• Engage in weekly one-on-one mentoring.
• Access dedicated education and training for graduates.
• Contribute to a growing caseload as you build skills.
• Collaborate with senior clinicians for case discussions.
