Santa Sabina College in Strathfield, NSW is seeking an Administration Officer - Teaching and Learning for a 12-month, full-time appointment. You will support the Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning, Director of Studies, Dean of IBDP and Heads of Department to ensure smooth operation of academic programs for staff, students and parents.
The role runs 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time only plus 2 weeks).

Position: Temporary Full Time (Term Time only plus 2 weeks)
Commencement date: 18 January 2027
End Date: 10 December 2027
Classification: Clerical and Administration Services Level 4 to 5.1 under the Independent Schools NSW (Professional Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement (CMEA) 2025 (Dependent on qualifications and/or experience)
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, 76 hours a fortnight
