Job summary

Peoplebank, as part of RGF Staffing ANZ, is seeking a Business Analyst (Conformance Testing) for a federal government client in ACT. This long-term contract starts with 12 months and offers hybrid working arrangements at the client site.

You will perform conformance testing, develop specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes. You will guide testing activities, document results, and contribute to risk assessment and QA initiatives in a fast-paced digital health

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong experience writing, reviewing and executing test cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience in data auditing, quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Demonstrated experience applying risk assessment methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Visio, Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience working with and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience within healthcare or digital health environments.
• Relevant qualifications, skills and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and resolve sensitive or complex matters.
• Contribute to risk assessment, quality assurance and business improvement initiatives.
• Support project and program outcomes within a fast-paced digital health environment.

About the Role:

Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Business Analyst (Conformance Testing). This is a long-term contract role for an initial 12-month term with extension options, located at our client's site in ACT- hybrid working arrangements. As the selected candidate, you will:

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Experience working as a Senior Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong experience writing, reviewing and executing test cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience in data auditing, quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Demonstrated experience applying risk assessment methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Visio, Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience working with and managing stakeholder relationships.

It is desirable if you have:

• Experience developing conformance testing specifications.
• Experience conducting observed conformance testing activities.
• Knowledge of digital health systems, standards and interoperability.
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
• Previous experience working within a Federal Government environment.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline Security Clearance.
