The Role:

We are currently seeking committed and enthusiastic candidates to commence a full time boilermaker Apprenticeship in 2027 based in our Parkes NSW Branch. Working in our modern, fully equipped workshop you’ll develop the practical skills, knowledge and experience required to successfully complete your trade qualification. Where appropriate, you’ll also have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on our project sites.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to undertake work experience with MCA Engineering during 2026, giving you the chance to experience the workshop, meet the team and get a head start on developing practical skills before your apprenticeship begins.
