Job summary

Backpacker Job Board is seeking a self-motivated sales contractor to generate business listings for small businesses. You can work from home or any location in Australia, and you set your own hours while earning commissions per listing completed.

You will reach out to potential clients, onboard them, and manage the data entry and onboarding process. Weekly pay and no cap on commissions are provided as you hit a KPI of 40 listings per week.

About the role

We are a lead generation platform that helps small businesses grow their business and marketing their products and services.

Benefits of working with us

You are your own boss and can work from home or any location you choose. You also set your own hours. Full support and training from a dedicated Business Development Manager of the company. We pay 55 for every business listing you complete. Weekly KPI is 40 listings. You get paid weekly and there is no cap on commissions. The more listings you do each week, the more you make. How it works

We message our potential clients with all the details, including how much it will cost them to sign up, so there are no surprises. If they are not interested, they will respond with a "Stop" message. We do not contact those clients at all. If they are interested in our services they will respond with a "Yes" message. We contact those clients straight away and answer any question they may have. Once we have answered their questions, we ask them if that "Sounds good", they say "Yes", we then say " Great, let me grab some details and I'll get that all organised for you." We then put the data entry details into the system and take an initial payment from them. They are then officially onboarding onto the site and that counts as a listing. You get paid 55 for every listing you do.

Our expectations

We are looking for well organised self starters. This is a contract role where you will be working for yourself on behalf of our company, so professionalism is paramount. We also expect you to operate solely within the sales territory assigned to you. Work weeks are Mon - Sun and operating times are from 8am - 7pm. You cannot contact any potential client outside of this allotted time frame. Invoices with all the listings you have done each week will need to be emailed to us by Tuesday at 5pm. We pay them out, through direct deposit, every Friday.

What you will need
