CompuTracts Pty Ltd (Business Name: Connect One Recruitment) seeks a Lead Microservices & AI Technical Architect to join an ACT Government project in Canberra. You will guide cloud-native, microservices and AI-enabled platforms, shaping architecture and engineering decisions across a complex enterprise.

The role involves modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and platform observability, with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

ACT Government.

12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options.

Hybrid working arrangement with remote/WFH flexibility.

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline.

Our client is an ACT Government department seeking a Lead Microservices & AI Technical Architect to join their team in Canberra, ACT .

Role Summary

This role will provide technical leadership across cloud-native, microservices, event-driven and AI-enabled platforms. The successful candidate will influence architecture and engineering decisions, drive technology modernisation, establish modern engineering practices and support the adoption of AI across the software delivery lifecycle.
