As Head of Sales GRC (m/f/d), you are responsible for the global GRC revenue and leading the GRC sales team. You manage complex sales cycles, build and expand strategic customer relationships, drive KPI execution, and ensure a scalable and compliant sales setup. You work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully position our GRC offering on a global scale.

  • Global GRC Revenue Ownership: You are responsible for the revenue across all GRC topics and ensure scalable pipeline management and reliable forecasting processes.
  • Team Building & Leadership: You lead the GRC sales team (Account Executives, Presales, SDR/BDR), define standards for target setting and performance management in alignment with global sales leadership, and support hiring, coaching, and enablement of team members.
  • Enterprise Deals & Key Accounts: You take ownership of and manage complex sales cycles, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close strategic multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Metrics & Performance Management: You are responsible for KPIs such as MRR/ARR growth and win rate, and establish reliable forecasts based on unified GBTEC sales standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with other functions, including Marketing, Product, and Professional Services, e.g. in the ongoing development of our GRC offering and go-to-market strategy.
Your profile
  • Several years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success (quota attainment), ideally in the field of Governance, Risk & Compliance or technologies in highly regulated environments.
  • Leadership experience, ideally as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales, with responsibility for team building, coaching, and scaling across multiple regions.
  • GRC expertise: Solid understanding of core use cases such as Risk Management, Internal Control Systems, Audit, and ISMS, as well as familiarity with current regulatory standards such as DORA or NIS2.
  • Tool proficiency: Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Languages & mobility: Business-fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel internationally on a mid-term basis (approx. 10%).

We offer a target total compensation starting at €100.000 gross per year; a higher salary is possible depending on relevant experience.
