The Role

As a Web Developer at fiskaly youll combine coding design and user experience to deliver intuitive user‑friendly web products. Youll collaborate closely with colleagues in development product and design making sure that abstract ideas are turned into working solutions that users actually enjoy using.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain a company and brand style guide for digital experiences
• Build and maintain modern web applications from design to deployment
• Prototype and wireframe user‑centric products storyboards and customer journeys
• Leverage AI tools to create mockups test ideas faster and improve development workflows
• Collaborate with product design and engineering to define features and user flows
• Maintain websites and internal and external products with high quality and consistency
• Present and communicate design and feature ideas to colleagues and stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation of working patterns and guidelines

What You Bring

• Solid experience as a frontend or fullstack developer with strong knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Proven background in UI and UX design or web design through training studies or certifications
• Strong grasp of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD and UX best practices
• Hands‑on experience using AI in your workflow such as prototyping code generation or testing
• Familiarity with agile development and a structured organized way of working
• A curious solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good English skills at C1 level or higher German Spanish or French are a plus
