Radical Torque Solutions are the market leader in the sales of torque tools and calibration equipment to the controlled bolting industry in Australia and South East Asia. We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our growing team within our South Australia office based in Tonsley.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Internal Warehouse Coordinator to join our expanding team at our South Australian Branch. You would be responsible for a wide range of duties that include running the store and dispatch area on a day-to-day basis. You must be presentable with a friendly positive attitude, fantastic interpersonal skills and be able to work in a dynamic evolving team.

Responsibilities:
  • Strive for excellent time management and ensure the highest standard of customer service with both internal and external customers.
  • To prepare warehouse and lead the branch during national company stocktake
  • Quality Control
  • Accurately complete internal branch transfers
  • Receipt of Goods in from suppliers and customers
  • Picking and packing of customer orders, including dispatch of new orders and repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide general support to ensure seamless operations as part of a small team and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Dealing with hire and rental would be an advantage
  • Ability to work alone as well as within a team environment
