Zusammenfassung

Content Creators is seeking a mid-senior Visual Designer to own the visual language across all customer-facing surfaces. You will craft sales decks, web visuals, and social graphics while maintaining brand consistency and translating complex topics into clear visuals.

You will collaborate with the Design team to accelerate execution, bring AI design tools into daily workflows, and contribute to B2B fintech-style visuals. Fully remote within EU time zones with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of professional visual design experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for production work.
• Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design.
• Ability to design within established brand guidelines without large overhauls.
• Experience designing marketing and sales materials: decks, one-pagers, landing pages, charts.
• Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, infographics for complex subjects.
• Experience creating social media graphics and visuals, esp. for professional platforms.
• Career history rooted in visual design, not just UX/product design.
• Hands-on testing and integration of AI design tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Background in B2B SaaS/fintech/identity/compliance is a plus.
• Portfolio showing icon design and custom illustration is a plus.

About the Role

This is a visual design role at a fintech startup building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses. Sitting within the Design team, you'll own the visual language across every customer-facing surface, from sales materials to web and social, directly shaping how the company is perceived in the market.

• Produce LinkedIn visuals, graphics, and templates that amplify marketing messaging.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of professional visual design experience with a bias toward speed and execution.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for production work.

Location
