Job summary

BCG Platinion is seeking a Visiting Associate Enterprise Solutions for an internship of at least two months starting in autumn 2026. You will work on-site with clients and in our offices, helping with ERP transformations with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.

You will join a project team, contribute to analysis, support lifecycle phases, and develop ERP target architectures while growing your skills in a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced stages of bachelor's or master's studies in (business) informatics or comparable field with excellent academic performance.
• Strong IT knowledge and initial practical experience through internships or student assistant roles (ERP/SAP environment preferred).
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts with a customer- and results-oriented approach.
• Wants to deepen knowledge in ERP/SAP transformations, focusing on strategic aspects.
• Able to understand and communicate complex topics in German and English.

As a Visiting Associate Enterprise Solutions (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will support one of our consulting teams for a period of at least two months, starting in autumn 2026. You will actively work on a project, both on‑site with clients and at one of our offices, assisting our clients with complex ERP transformations, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA. You will apply and expand your acquired skills throughout your time with us.

• You will support the quantitative and qualitative analysis of business processes to determine value potential for our clients.
• Together with your project team, you will guide our clients through different phases of the project lifecycle, such as strategy development, planning, implementation and go‑live.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and definition of ERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes.
• You work as a fully integrated team member and take responsibility for the preparation and follow‑up of client meetings and presentations, as well as the processing of project‑relevant analyses and data.
