ETM professional control GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Siemens AG, is based in Eisenstadt with a second location in Linz, Austria. The team focuses on Vision & Web-Technologies and SCRUM leadership to drive customer value across SCADA-related products and interfaces.

You will lead and develop SCRUM teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and shape the feature backlog while promoting high usability and performance across devices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development processes and agile methods.
• Basic programming knowledge in at least one object‑oriented language or web scripting language (e.g.: TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP).
• Solid MS Office skills.
• Techniques in moderation; leadership and teamwork skills.
• Organizational skills / time management; stress resistance and adaptability.
• High affinity to user experience and modern visuals across devices.
• Structured, team‑oriented way of working.
• Advanced English and German (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall output of the team and product features; plan personnel, resources and priorities.
• Provide appropriate project accounts and records.
• Conduct disciplinary management and support during hiring and appraisals.
• Coach and support team members; ensure backlogs are negotiated and prioritized.
• Manage suppliers providing software components and tools for the group.
