The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and effective backlog management. The position combines leadership, technical oversight, and a focus on user experience in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading software teams in an industrial/SCADA environment.
• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Advanced English and German (written & spoken).
• Experience with client/stakeholder communication and backlog prioritization.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the overall output of the team and product features; plan personnel, resources, and priorities.
• Provide project accounts and ensure accurate effort booking.
• Disciplinary management including vacations, appraisals, and interviews.
• Coach and guide team members; foster continuous improvement.
• Negotiate feature backlog with stakeholders and manage suppliers.
