Cross Border Talents is seeking a Video Content Analyst for the German market, with relocation support to Lisbon. You will assess user reports, moderate content and ensure compliance with policies in a fast-paced streaming context.

The role requires German language fluency and English (B2+), strong analytical ability, and flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights. Relocation packages are offered to help move to Portugal.

• Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
• Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment

• Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
• Tolerance for sensitive/graphic content
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• Quick learner, adaptable, and objective in decision-making
