Hunkemöller in Tirol, Schwaz is seeking a passionate Fashionista for a part-time role on Saturdays. You will share our brand values—Fun, Passionate, In Touch, Inspiring, and Sexy—and help customers with bra fitting, styling, and world-class service in-store.

No prior fashion experience is required; we train you at the Hunkemöller Academy. Join a team that loves lingerie, trends, and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or retail preferred; training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and lingerie trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World Class Service to customers and help them find their perfect fit.
• Assist customers with sizes and styling, and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep the store looking great and inspire the next customer with confident product knowledge.

If you’ve worked in fashion or retail before that’s great but if not, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll learn how to tell a balcony from a plunge and how to help your customer find her perfect bra. We’ll show you how to deliver, what we believe is, World Class Service so our customer will have an amazing and unrivalled experience.
In return, we need people that are eager to learn, who want to really maximise sales and have the desire to give every customer a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll work with a team of passionate Lingerista’s and Fashionistas but when the store is busy, you’ll keep your cool and adapt quickly. You’ll be so passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience that even if the store is quiet, you’ll keep yourself busy by making sure everything looks great and you’re ready to advise and inspire the next customer.
As a Hunkemöller Fashionista, you’ll have a friendly and inquisitive nature. You’ll get to know our customers by making genuine contact and asking the right open questions to find out what they really want. Our Fashionista’s are great listeners and use what they hear to make sure every customer leaves happy. At Hunkemöller, we’re focused on delivering great results so you’ll need to share our ‘winning mind set’ and be determined to shine.
