Job summary

The University of Innsbruck invites applications for a Recognised Researcher (R2) in Philosophy. Qualifications

• Independent research in the field of
• Delivering independent teaching on the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Philosophy, as well as on the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Ethics Teacher Training
• Contributing to organisational and administrative tasks
• Training and professional development

Your profile:

• Completed a relevant doctoral or PhD programme (preferably with a thesis in general ethics, medical ethics/bioethics or business ethics), excellent general knowledge of philosophy
• Experience in securing external funding
• Ability to work as part of a team; strong communication skills; ability to work independently; organisational skills; ability to work under pressure; enthusiasm and commitment to supervising students
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
