Job Summary/offer:

• Independent implementation of scientific projects with a focus on small animal cardiology and internal medicine
• Establishment of an internationally visible research programme in the area of small animal cardiology
• Authoring of publications and acquisition of third-party funding
• Independent teaching within the Vetmeduni curricula, in postgraduate scientific and clinical-practical training
• Supervision of non-graduate and graduate students as well as supervision of residents
• Participation in science, teaching, knowledge transfer and administration
• Responsible participation in clinical services (including, among other duties, the independent conduction and supervision of cardiology and medical consultations), including on-call, weekend, and night shifts
• Administrative tasks within the university organization
• Active contribution to the strategic goals of the department and Vetmeduni
