UC/Telco Services - Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Account manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UC/Telco services. The Account manager will be responsible for managing sales queries both inbound and outbound, Offer sales quotes, Onboard new partner, provide product training and showcase to partners.
Responsibilities
- Handle up to 20 inbound sales calls per day, qualify leads, present tailored offers, and close new opportunities.
- Make 30 outbound “Health Check” calls to existing partners, review performance, introduce new products, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inbound sales emails and tickets with prompt, professional, and solution‑focused communication.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes, pricing comparisons, and customized proposals to partners.
- Monitor and manage partner churn, proactively identify at‑risk accounts, engage partners, and achieve 90% retention.
- Support new partner onboarding, run introductory video calls and complete follow‑up check‑ins after 2–4 weeks.
- Host or co‑present “Welcome to Breeze” webinars (1–2 per month) highlighting products, services, and partner revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and post engaging social media content, strengthen brand awareness, and execute EDM campaigns.
- Maintain a Customer Service Score of 100% positive feedback through consistent, high‑quality engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success (telecom or IT industry a plus).
- Confident phone and video communication skills — you enjoy speaking with people.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high call volumes.
- Tech‑savvy — comfortable using CRMs, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools.
- Results‑driven with a focus on partner satisfaction and retention.
- Knowledge of Telco products like SIP, PBX.
- Knowledge of NBN technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the field.
