Zusammenfassung

WHC Heads Austria is seeking a PLC Software Engineer to work hands-on on customized machine solutions. You will own projects from concept through commissioning, developing PLC software for high-precision industrial machines and integrating servo and motion-control systems.

Responsibilities include programming Beckhoff TwinCAT, debugging, testing, and commissioning at customer sites, plus remote support and collaboration with design teams.

Qualifikationen

Technical education or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
Practical experience in industrial automation.
Knowledge of PLC programming.
Experience with servo systems and motion control.

Aufgaben

Develop PLC software for customized industrial machines.
Design and implement machine automation concepts.
Program Beckhoff PLC systems using TwinCAT.
Integrate motion control and servo drive systems.
Perform electrical debugging, testing and machine commissioning.
Support machine installations at customer sites.
Provide remote support and troubleshooting when required.
Collaborate closely with mechanical design and application engineering teams.
Contribute throughout the entire machine lifecycle, from concept development to commissioning and customer support.
