Qualifikationen

• Technical education or degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable field
• Solid experience in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens and/or Beckhoff
• Very good high-level programming skills, particularly in C# and .NET
• Good understanding of electrical engineering, machine control systems and industrial automation
• Experience in combining PLC and high-level programming
• Knowledge of databases and industrial communication interfaces is an advantage
• Interest in AI, digitalisation and data-driven production
• Independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working

Aufgaben

• Further development of automation and control solutions for extrusion lines
• Programming and development of PLC systems using Siemens and Beckhoff
• Develop custom software solutions using C# and .NET
• Develop the central production control system for operating, monitoring and analyzing production equipment
• Integrate machine control systems, production data and higher-level software
• Create interfaces between PLCs, databases and software applications
• Work with AI-powered functionalities in production and automation
• Collaborate with electrical engineering, mechanical design, process engineering and software development
