Job summary

Red Bull Energy Wear is seeking a seasoned designer to translate briefs into distinctive graphics and apparel concepts that connect brand, culture, and consumer. You will work as part of a collaborative design and product team, contributing new perspectives and evolving the Red Bull Energy Wear design language across collections such as RB Leipzig and Red Bull KTM.

Responsibilities include trend forecasting, palette and material decisions, and creating detailed design packages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience, ideally in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a portfolio of graphics and apparel concepts.
• Good understanding of the apparel creation process from concept to production.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trend forecasting and competitive analysis to keep collections fresh.
• Develop original design concepts and color palettes aligned with the Red Bull brand identity.
• Translate ideas into graphics and apparel collections with detailed design packages.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure designs are aspirational yet producible.
