Your Tasks:
  • Command and Control: Take charge of your assigned route, serving as the primary contact for our international partners. Through strategic planning and operational execution, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods while maintaining profitability.
  • Negotiate and Expand: Lead negotiations with current partners and drive growth by expanding your own client portfolio.
  • Team Support: Play a crucial role in supporting your team, quickly resolving issues, and fostering a strong sense of teamwork and shared success.
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluency in English: Essential, as it is the company’s working language. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with international partners and negotiate deals effectively.

Salary Structure:
  • Fixed Component: You will start with a gross monthly salary of €2,350. Upon acquiring 5 new customers, your fixed salary will increase by €200 per month. Achieving 20 new clients within 12 months will trigger another €200 increase.
  • Variable Component: After acquiring 5 new customers, you will participate in the bonus system of your department. The more profit you generate, the higher your salary will be. It’s up to you!
  • Lunch Remuneration: Receive €8 net per working day as a food allowance, regardless of your salary. In a month with 20 working days, this amounts to an additional €160 net.
