Fronius International GmbH in Milton Keynes is seeking a hands-on Torch Repair Technician to service, repair, and maintain Fronius welding torches and hose packs. You will diagnose faults, work with customers, and support the workshop to ensure reliable performance.

Qualifikationen

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Good IT literacy and experience using digital systems for reporting and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer-owned Fronius welding torches and hose packs.
• Service and maintain Fronius demonstration and rental equipment, ensuring it is fully operational.
• Assess customer equipment and prepare detailed repair evaluations to support quotations.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and completed work.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock control, stocktaking, and replenishment of workshop materials.
• Work to agreed repair schedules and communicate delays or deviations.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with health and safety requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop and service operations.
