Requires completed technical education in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Mechatronics or equivalent, plus experience in technical support or maintenance of test/inspection systems, and strong German and English communication

• Perform maintenance, repair, and optimization to improve availability and reliability of test equipment.
• Provide technical support to production and engineering teams regarding test systems and testing processes.
• Contribute to introduction, development, and standardization of test equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Engineer Test Equipment (f/m/d)

As a Support Engineer Test Equipment, you will ensure the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of our test systems. Working at the interface between production, engineering, and maintenance, you will make a significant contribution to the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes through your technical skill.

Work model:

On-site.

• Ensure the reliable operation of test systems and test equipment, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and fault resolution.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and optimization activities to improve the availability and reliability of test equipment.
• Provide technical support to production and engineering teams regarding test systems and testing processes.
• Contribute to the introduction, further development, and standardization of test equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

• Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in technical support, maintenance, or working with electronic test and inspection systems.
• Solid knowledge of fault analysis and investigating and fixing technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of automation, measurement, or control technologies.
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Good communication skills with a high level of service and team orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an interest in technical software systems.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

The minimum compensation for this full-time position is EUR 54,439.42 gross per year, in accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria.
