Qualifications

• Praktische Tests-Erfahrung, idealerweise 2+ Jahre in Software-Testing oder Testautomatisierung.
• ISTQB Zertifizierung bevorzugt.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch von Vorteil.

• Implementierung von Testautomatisierung in Kundenprojekten.

Deine Rolle im Team

• As a Test Automation Consultant, you'll become part of our consulting team in Brno, working closely with our customers to find the right solutions to their test automation challenges.
• You'll share your expertise, help improve testing processes, and work on projects where testing plays an important role in delivering high-quality software and driving innovation.
• Every project brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a real difference for our customers.
• Implement test automation on various customer projects.
• Design test cases from customer requirements such as user stories and business processes.
• Create, execute and maintain automated tests.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts, usually in agile teams or a test center.
• Help improve testing processes, CI/CD integration and overall test automation strategy.
• Communicate findings clearly and make sure quality issues are addressed.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on skills in one or more of: JavaScript (Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO), Python (pytest or similar), data pipelines or data-processing workflows, Tricentis Tosca or another no-code/low-code automation tool.
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD usage is a plus.
• Excellent English, spoken and written. German is a plus.
• ISTQB certification.
• SQL or general programming knowledge.

Erfahrung

• Practical testing experience, ideally 2+ years in software testing or test automation.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
