$85,000 - $90,000 + Super + Bonus + Car Allowance

The Opportunity

A national leader in hydraulic systems and fluid transfer solutions is seeking an a Territory Managerposition, to manage and support clients across the oil and gas, drilling, energy, mining and heavy industrial sectors. This is a rare chance for someone ready to step up into an External Sales position — ideally coming from an Internal Sales role — and prepared to take full ownership of driving the next phase of growth in a high-trust, high-performance environment. The role requires strong yet tactful negotiation skills, paired with excellent communication, as you will be working closely with franchise business owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for sales and development of market segment in the assigned territory.
  • Market analysis and business development.
  • Formulating, improving and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen the relationship with franchises to build successful and acceptable level of sales.
  • Provide promotional and technical support level of expertise.
  • Ensure that operations and responsibilities are documented properly through company's dedicated system.
  • Keeping an accurate and updated pipeline within the CRM tool.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience in an industrial environment ideally Oil and Gas, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mining or related technical service environment.
  • Comfortable navigating complex distribution or franchise-style customer ecosystems, ideally involving end users, contractors and OEM partners.
  • Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel.
  • A people-first leader who builds trust, accountability, enthusiasm and performance in teams.
  • Competency in CRM and Office productivity tools.
