Role and Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers and resellers who will benefit from our products or services.
  • Approach and convince clients (via LinkedIn, email and phone) that our solution is the best fit for their challenges in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Analyze the economic feasibility of new projects.
  • Meet quarterly sales targets and report results.
  • Coordinate sales outreach by building a LinkedIn audience, attending trade shows, conferences and other events.
  • Develop trustful, long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing after‑sales support.
  • Work closely with our R&D and product‑management team, providing market insights and requirements to further develop our products.
Qualifications
  • Experience with IT projects and key concepts of software development, requirements engineering.
  • Proven B2B sales experience and the ability to analyze economic feasibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Self‑motivated and initiative‑driven.

Salary and Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 42,000 gross per year based on full‑time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience, plus a bonus based on performance.
