Technical Project Manager Vehicle Motion Control (f/m/d) (Dept.: L4)

Take on full technical responsibility for innovative Vehicle Motion Control projects. As the key link between system development, software, electronics, and mechanics, you will lead interdisciplinary teams, ensure quality, budget, and timelines, and drive new vehicle dynamics solutions from concept to vehicle validation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsibility for planning, steering, and coordinating projects in the field of Vehicle Motion Control
• Leadership and organization of interdisciplinary teams (system developers, software, electronics, mechanics)
• Ensuring adherence to project objectives, schedules, and budgets
• Coordination of system architecture and function development with internal departments, OEMs, and suppliers
• Monitoring and controlling requirements, systems engineering processes, and automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, V-Model)
• Coordination of validation and verification activities (simulation, HiL/SiL, vehicle testing)
• Risk management and early identification of technical challenges
• Acting as the main technical contact for internal and external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
• Solid experience in system and function development within the field of Vehicle Motion Control
• Proven experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering methods, vehicle dynamics, and automotive development processes (ASPICE, V-Model, ISO 26262)
• Experience in requirements management and functional architecture
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English required, knowledge of Chinese and/or German is an advantage
