DePoly is a Swiss cleantech company focused on advanced recycling of PET and polyester plastics. As Technical Project Engineer in Monthey/Sion, you will lead cross-functional technology development projects from early-stage R&D through industrial implementation and manufacturing scale-up.

You will coordinate R&D, engineering, production, quality, suppliers and external partners to turn innovative concepts into scalable industrial solutions, acting as the central technical and project lead across

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; 5–8+ years in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder technical projects and managing partners/suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative, hands-on mindset.
• Fluent English; French a plus; eligible to work in Switzerland.

Role: As Technical Project Engineer (Monthey/Sion, full-time), you lead cross-functional technology development projects from early-stage R&D through industrial implementation and manufacturing scale-up. You coordinate R&D, engineering, production, quality, suppliers and external partners to turn innovative concepts into scalable industrial solutions, acting as the central technical and project lead across several initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• lead technical assessments for designing, prototyping, validating and scaling new technology and product concepts; translate market and customer needs into clear engineering specifications; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners; drive solutions from lab testing through pilot and commercial-scale manufacturing; define priorities, timelines and resources; and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Your profile

• degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related); 5-8+ years in industrial, manufacturing or technology-driven environments; experience coordinating multi-stakeholder technical projects and managing partners/suppliers; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative, hands-on mindset; fluent English (French a plus); eligible to work in Switzerland.
