Infineon Technologies AG in Austria seeks a Technical Project Development Coordinator to support the full prototype lifecycle from concept through release and market introduction, coordinating development processes and logistics.

You will act as the central interface between engineering, marketing, production and external partners, driving milestone tracking, documenting status and translating technical content into business-relevant insights within an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Technical university degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or comparable with initial practical industry experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and development processes.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD and PCB design software.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders.

Your Role

• Act as the central interface between engineering, marketing, production, and external partners/stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with hardware, software and system experts in an international environment; align communication between technical teams and marketing/manufacturing partners

Your Profile

We are looking for an organized, analytical and proactive personality who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, project management and business development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical university degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or comparable combined with initial practical experience in the industry
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and development processes
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD and PCB design software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management methods/tools (preferably MS Project)
• Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and the ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (German is a plus), with a strong affinity for collaborating across technical and business domains
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Employment Details

A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.449,08. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
