Doit, a global fintech company, is seeking a Technical Lead to own technical direction for major products and systems. This hands-on role involves designing systems, coding, and driving critical engineering work from idea to production.

You will architect scalable backend and frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure, mentor engineers across teams, and shape architecture decisions to balance speed, reliability, cost and maintainability.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Strong system design and architecture skills for complex or high-scale systems.
• Hands-on coding ability and willingness to contribute code while leading architecture decisions.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technically critical initiatives across teams.

• Own technical design and execution for major products and systems.
• Design scalable, reliable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
