Zusammenfassung

i5invest is seeking bright young people with experience in consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 to work on global M&A and growth projects. The role is based in Austria with an international team and expects a 3 or 6-month commitment starting July 2027.

You will analyse technologies and business models, prepare transaction documents and company valuations, and collaborate across the team on deal flow. EU citizenship or valid Austrian work permit is required.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or Big 4.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong research capabilities and ability to evaluate business models.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong academic record with extracurricular activities.
• Additional CEE languages are an advantage.
• Hands-on attitude and availability for at least 3 months.
• Valid Austrian work permit.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and evaluate innovative technologies, models, and industry sectors.
• Support in the preparation of transaction documents.
• Support in the preparation of business plans and company valuations.
• Work with the team on M&A projects and contribute to company culture.
• Embrace great responsibility by independently managing work packages.
• Assist with corporate development deal flow generation.
