Overview

Teamleiter Wareneingang (m/w/d) at Magna International

Join Magna to lead the Wareneingang team at the Sinabelkirchen site (Fuel Tec, a Magna Energy Storage Systems GesmbH location). This position is part of Magna’s Complete Vehicle group and involves leadership, process improvement, and collaboration in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Duties

• Team leadership and people management
• Procurement of PPE, tools, and equipment required for the team
• Record keeping and stock management in SAP
• Ownership of stock quality
• KPI administration
• Introduction and training of new processes
• Creation of work instructions
• Handling supplier complaints and supplier-facing issues
• Participation in incoming goods operations
• Support for the group leadership
• In case of need, cover for Teamleiter Warenausgang

Qualifications

• Economic or technical education is advantageous (HAK, HTL, LAP)
• Experience in people management
• Experience in incoming goods inspection
• Experience in inbound/outbound warehouse operations
• Experience handling logistics complaints
• Forklift license
• Experience with measurement tools
• Strong SAP knowledge
• English written and spoken
• Independent and responsible work style

Compensation

Attractive compensation aligned to qualifications and experience. Base annual salary starting at €3,329.62 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 hours per week, 14 payments per year). Overpayment potential depending on specific experience.
