A leading semiconductor engineering company in Salzburg is looking for a team lead in Electrical Engineering. This role involves managing a team, designing complex electrical systems, and contributing to R&D for next-generation products. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and significant experience in the field. The position offers competitive compensation subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Join Lam as team lead Electrical Engineering and you'll be at the forefront, designing and developing electrical solutions for advanced applications. Your role involves organizing the team of engineers, enabling standarization and modularization, driving documentation and production support to enable high volume production as well as finding creative solutions to serve the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the future of Lam's Kallisto and Phoenix products.
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On‑site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
