About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire and guide a team of Aged Care Assessors who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes. You’ll:

  • Lead a high-performing, remote team with compassion and clarity.
  • Ensure quality assessments and outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong community connections.
  • Travel within your region and stay hands-on with occasional assessments.
  • Receive comprehensive induction training and ongoing support.
