Zusammenfassung

PALFINGER, a global technology and engineering company, seeks a Team Lead to drive the global PLM rollout and lead a team of specialists in an international setting. You will oversee implementations, optimize processes, and coordinate with PDO to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires HTL/university degree with several years of leadership and PLM/SAP experience, plus English and German proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education (HTL/university degree) in computer science, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
• Proven experience in team leadership or managing large-scale technical projects.
• Several years of hands-on experience with PLM systems (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP logistics modules.
• Basic knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo Parametric).
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.

• Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, aligning with business goals.
• Coordinate the integration of PLM with the Process and Data Organization (PDO).
• Lead process optimization initiatives across departments for efficient, scalable solutions.
• Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60 962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
