Join Eversports in Vienna as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, owning end-to-end recruitment across varied roles. Work closely with hiring managers to define needs, shape interview processes, and maintain a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer.

You’ll write job ads, scorecards, and guides, keep Greenhouse in top shape, and track hiring metrics to continually improve our processes. 35h per week, with every second Friday off, in a lively, international team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced scaleup or tech environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse and recruitment templates/scorecards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stay focused.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Own end-to-end recruitment across different roles at Eversports
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, shape interview processes, and keep hiring on track
• Create a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Write job ads, interview guides, scorecards, and other hiring materials
• Keep our ATS in great shape and continuously improve how we use Greenhouse
• Track hiring metrics and use insights to improve our hiring process
• Bring ideas to improve systems, workflows, candidate journeys
• Support talent projects
