Jackson Physician Search is placing a skilled obstetrics provider in a collaborative, multi-county practice. The role features a six-provider women's health team and CNMs with an MD on call for C-sections, enabling cradle-to-grave continuity for patients.

The package includes a base salary of $325K-$350K with potential to exceed $450K, plus sign-on, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and a strong 401(k) plan. 5+ weeks of PTO and CME support complete the offering.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team of FMOBs, OB/GYNs, and CNMs
• Full-spectrum FMOB care including obstetrics, prenatal, L&D, postpartum, newborn
• Midwife-first call with MD on call for C-sections
• Cerner EMR with AI-assisted documentation
• On-site diabetes education for gestational patients

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetric care and newborn services
• Collaborate with CNMs and MDs on-call schedule
• Deliver care in a Critical Access Hospital with a dedicated OR team
• Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient care efficiently
• Support a team-based approach with protected time off and locum backup
