Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Althofen, Carinthia, to lead regional supply chain and sourcing strategies ensuring continuity and cost competitiveness across key programs.

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will drive readiness for the Embedded Power business, collaborate with global teams, monitor KPIs and mitigate supply risks. Travel ~10-15% may be required. The role emphasizes lean, Six Sigma and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a completed degree or training within a related field and already some relevant Supply Chain experience in an international & complex Matrix Organization
• Experience of conducting lean and six sigma trainings to accelerate the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, Yokoten) culture
• Knowledge of Management skills and technical experience in Finance, Materials and Operations activities with affinity for AI
• Ability to manage complexity across regions, functions, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English to successfully influence external and internal stakeholders, including customers and executives
• Readiness to travel ~ 10-15%

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Manager – (m/f/d) located in Althofen, Carinthia. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) will be in charge of defining and executing regional supply chain and sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence across key programs (both new and existing products).
