We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor or Manager to join our growing Business Advisory team in our Brisbane CBD office. The level will be determined based on experience.

About the Role

Joining a high‑performing and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional accounting, tax and business advisory services across a diverse client base.

Whether stepping in at Supervisor or Manager level, you will:

• Manage the preparation and review of accounting, tax and advisory work in line with quality and compliance standards
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide proactive, commercial advice
• Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their development and the broader team culture
• Collaborate with Partners and senior leaders to improve processes, deliver high‑quality outcomes and identify opportunities to broaden client services
• Contribute to the firm’s business development and networking activities
• Uphold the firm’s SOQM, Code of Conduct and high professional standards

As a Supervisor, your focus will be on workflow coordination, review of work, supporting team development, and delivering high‑quality service to a portfolio of clients.

As a Manager, you will take on broader leadership responsibilities, manage a team, oversee client relationships end‑to‑end, drive business development activities, and support strategic initiatives within the division.

About you

We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong technical capability, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to client service excellence.

You will have:

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar
• CA/CPA qualification (or progress towards it for Supervisor applicants)
• Experience in Business Advisory / public practice (approx. 5+ years for Supervisor; 7+ years for Manager)
• Strong technical understanding across accounting standards, tax legislation and compliance
• Proven ability to mentor and develop others
• Strong workflow management, attention to detail and commercial acumen
