$105,000 – $110,000 salary + super + vehicle etc

About the role

We are currently expanding our Team and looking for a Brisbane or Sunshine Coast based Supervisor to join our Construction Team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of construction projects. This full‑time position will see you managing teams of skilled tradespeople, while ensuring the successful delivery of high‑quality construction work for insurance related repairs in a region that could cover Brisbane and/or the Sunshine Coast.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the work of both Trade Contractors and our in‑house Trade crews
• Monitor the progress and quality of work, while identifying and resolving issues that may arise
• Liaise with Customers, Clients, Estimators and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
• Implement and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Provide on‑site direction and leadership to construction teams
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of project activities
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to construction activities

What we're looking for

• Applicant based in either Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast
• Experience as a building Supervisor, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Positive, friendly personality with a desire to learn and a great attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Relevant construction or trade qualifications – preferably Carpentry
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
• Driver’s licence as the role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card
• Working knowledge of Prime Ecosystem an advantage but not necessary
