Novartis in Austria is seeking a Strategic Value & Access Manager to shape the local patient access strategy, with a focus on pricing, reimbursement and payer engagement across the portfolio.
You will translate payer insights into strategic choices, develop value dossiers, and support negotiations to ensure timely patient access within the Austrian healthcare system. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Finance and Legal teams.

As Strategic Value & Access Manager (f/m/d), you will shape and deliver the local patient access strategy and play a pivotal role in pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement across the portfolio.
You will turn healthcare system and payer insights into clear strategic choices, lead the development of value and reimbursement packages, and support negotiations that enable timely, optimal access for patients in Austria. This is a highly cross‑functional role, working closely with Commercial, Medical, Finance, Legal, and global/regional partners to maximize patient impact and portfolio value.

In addition to a market‑competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development opportunities as well as worldwide career possibilities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 65.605,54/year (on a full‑time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part‑time and job‑sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
