TGW Logistics in Austria seeks a Sales Project Manager for Modernisation to acquire and manage modernization, retrofit, and lifecycle projects during the sales phase. You’ll develop technically and economically optimal solutions, manage bidding processes, and lead complex projects through to contract closure.

Role requires deep intralogistics knowledge, mechatronics expertise in modernization, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Travel about 20% of the time is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of intralogistics, processes, IT, automation, and conveyor tech.
• Mechatronics expertise in modernization and retrofitting.
• Strong grasp of technical and commercial contexts.

Aufgaben

• Manage complex modernization and retrofit projects during the sales phase.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams during the bidding process.
• Develop and implement sales and bidding strategies.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and commercial proposals.
• Conduct price, award, and contract negotiations at management level.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and stakeholder management.
• Ensure structured project handoff to the implementation organization.
• Support colleagues in complex contract negotiations.
• Support the global development of the department.
