Western Union International Bank seeks an experienced ICT Risk leader to head the independent Second Line of Defence (2LoD) and challenge First Line teams on ICT risk identification, assessment, and remediation. You will report to the Management Board and collaborate with auditors, supervisors, and global risk specialists to shape a robust control framework.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least seven years in ICT risk management, technology risk, information security, IT audit or operational resilience.
• Experience implementing or managing DORA, EBA ICT Guidelines, or similar ICT risk frameworks.
• Experience handling regulatory inspections, audits, and supervisory reviews.
• Experience managing third‑party ICT services risk.

Aufgaben

• Own and enhance the ICT Risk Management Framework including policies, standards, governance and reporting.
• Act as the independent 2LoD, providing oversight of ICT risk management activities across the Bank.
• Define and monitor ICT risk appetite, KRIs, thresholds, and escalation protocols.
• Lead DORA compliance activities and align with European regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee the Digital Operational Resilience Testing Programme and vulnerability assessments.
• Oversee ICT incident management, regulatory reporting, and post‑incident reviews.
• Coordinate regulatory engagements, audits, and supervisory reviews.
• Prepare reports on ICT risk posture and resilience to senior management and the Management Board.
