Vienna Insurance Group is seeking a Group Third Party Risk Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate and support the Group-wide Third Party Risk Management framework. You will ensure risks from third‑party service providers are identified, assessed, documented, and monitored per Group standards.

You will work with local entities and functions (Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IS, Data Protection, Operational Risk, Internal Audit) and support regulatory requirements, especially DORA, across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional experience in Third Party Risk Management or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of financial sector regulations including DORA, Solvency II, EIOPA Outsourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination in an international context.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and perform Third Party Risk Assessments for critical and important providers.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle from onboarding to termination with risk focus.
• Document risk assessments and validate results.
• Support regulatory risk assessments and audits.
• Prepare management reports, KRIs, and governance materials.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT Security, Data Protection, and Internal Audit.
