• 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in international/multi-entity environments.

• Design, implement, and improve group-wide month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead accounting teams across multiple entities and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
• Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing) and treasury in a multi-currency setting.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and scalable processes across the group.
• Develop FP&A foundations and act as a business partner to operations and executive management.
