Zusammenfassung

Greiner Packaging Austria is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to develop and maintain forecasts using historical data, customer insights and market trends.

You will support demand review meetings, align plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain, and contribute to S&OP by preparing scenarios and planning assumptions. SAP/IBP data quality and KPI monitoring are core to the role.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Chain Planning.
• Knowledge of SAP, IBP, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify deviations, and drive accuracy improvements.
• Support demand review meetings and align demand plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by preparing scenarios, risks, opportunities, and planning assumptions.
• Maintain high-quality planning data in SAP/IBP and ensure accurate integration of customer and master data.
• Monitor key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Service Level), perform root cause analyses, and coordinate improvement actions across functions.
