ams OSRAM is seeking a Program Lead to oversee the European Chips Act initiative from Premstätten, Austria. You will coordinate Finance & Controlling, External Relations & Change Management, External Collaborations & Spill Over, and Operations Planning to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include risk management, budget stewardship, and comprehensive reporting to authorities. The role requires a Master’s in a technical field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and fluency in English and German.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Technical Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Project and program management skills, preferably certified project manager.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the overall program according to the program scope and contractual obligations.
• Leads risk management; identifies risks and develops mitigation measures with teams.
• Ensures efficient use of financial funding to strengthen the manufacturing footprint.
• Reports overall program progress, deviations and corrective measures.
• Consolidates necessary reporting towards authorities.
• Prepares, coordinates, and guides external audits related to the program.
